Zucchini Slices

Ingredients:
1/4 c. olive oil
4 medium zucchini, sliced
1 lemon
Parmesan cheese (optional)
Cooking Instruction:
Heat the olive oil in a skillet.
When the oil is hot, place the zucchini slices in the skillet so they are not touching each other.
Lightly brown both sides of the zucchini slices.
Remove the zucchini slices from the
skillet and place them on paper towels to drain off the oil.
Squeeze some lemon juice on the zucchini, and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, if desired.
