Chicken and Vegetable Gravy over Biscuits
 
     Prep Time: 25 Minutes Start to Finish: 25 Minutes  Servings: 4 (1 cup chicken mixture and 1 biscuit each)   INGREDIENTS    1 tablespoon vegetable oil  1 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs, cut into quarters  1 jar (12 oz) chicken gravy  1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce  ½ teaspoon onion salt  2 cups Green Giant® frozen mixed vegetables (from 1-lb bag)  4 Pillsbury® Microwave frozen buttermilk biscuits (from 1-lb bag)    METHOD     In 10-inch nonstick skillet, heat oil over mediumhigh heat. Cook chicken in oil 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned on all sides. Reduce heat to low; cover and cook 5 minutes or until juice of chicken is clear when center of thickest part is cut (180°F).  Stir in remaining ingredients except biscuits. Cover; heat to boiling over high heat. Reduce heat; cover and cook 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are tender.
