Zucchini & Yogurt Sauce


Ingredients:

2 medium zucchini, grated
2 tbsp. water
1/2 c. plain yogurt
1 garlic clove, minced
2 teaspoons fresh dill, chopped
1 teaspoon white wine vinegar
1 tbsp. olive oil

Cooking Instruction:

Heat the water in a large skillet.
Add zucchini and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
In a small bowl, mix the rest of the ingredients.
Add yogurt mixture to the zucchini in the skillet.
Cook until heated through.
